Timetable notes

  • A new Pilates Beginner class started on 30th Jan - Thursdays from 9am-10am.
  • The Thursday 10am and Friday 11am classes are now Pilates (formerly Aging Gracefully)
  • The Friday Pilates class is ONLY on the LAST Friday of the month, and is followed by the monthly Gain Momentum lunch.
  • Linda also offers 1:1 personal training sessions.
